  1  1    Amend House File 2392 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting before line 22 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 15.372, subsection 3, Code
  1  5 Supplement 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    3.  The fund shall be used to provide grants,
  1  7 loans, forgivable loans, and loan guarantees under the
  1  8 community attraction and tourism development program
  1  9 established in section 15.371.  The total amount of
  1 10 financial assistance awarded from the fund for
  1 11 projects in one county shall not exceed fifteen
  1 12 percent of any moneys appropriated by the general
  1 13 assembly for purposes of this fund over a two-year
  1 14 period."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
