  1  1    Amend House File 2392 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting before line 22 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 15.372, subsection 3, Code
  1  5 Supplement 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    3.  The fund shall be used to provide grants,
  1  7 loans, forgivable loans, and loan guarantees under the
  1  8 community attraction and tourism development program
  1  9 established in section 15.371.  Financial assistance
  1 10 awarded from the fund may be awarded for one or more
  1 11 identified components of a project.  An applicant
  1 12 shall not receive financial assistance under the
  1 13 program in an amount greater than one-third of the
  1 14 total cost of the components for which financial
  1 15 assistance is approved."
  1 16    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
