  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8244, to House File 2491, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "This section applies on and after July 1, 2004."
  1  6    #2.  Page 2, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "approve" the following:  "or disapprove".
  1  8    #3.  Page 2, line 26, by inserting after the figure
  1  9 "2004" the following:  ", and according to rules
  1 10 adopted by the board.  The plan must be filed with the
  1 11 board not later than June 30, 2004".
  1 12    #4.  Page 2, line 28, by striking the word "and".
  1 13    #5.  Page 2, by striking lines 45 through 49.
