  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 9 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "The one million dollar threshold in this chapter
  1  5 shall be adjusted annually according to the percentage
  1  6 change in the consumer price index for all urban
  1  7 consumers, United States city average, as published in
  1  8 the federal register by the United States department
  1  9 of labor, bureau of labor statistics."
