  1  1    Amend House File 782 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 12, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph
  1  5 c, Code 1999, is amended by striking the paragraph and
  1  6 inserting in lieu thereof the following:
  1  7    c.  Moneys in the fund in a fiscal year shall be
  1  8 used as directed in the appropriations made from the
  1  9 fund by the general assembly."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
