  1  1    Amend House File 782 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 14, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 232.52, subsection 2, paragraph
  1  5 a, subparagraph (4), Code 1999, is amended by adding
  1  6 the following new subparagraph subdivisions:
  1  7    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH SUBDIVISION.  (g)  Section 708.1,
  1  8 if the assault is committed upon an employee of the
  1  9 school at which the child is enrolled, and the child
  1 10 intended to inflict serious injury upon the school
  1 11 employee or caused bodily injury or mental illness.
  1 12    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH SUBDIVISION.  (h)  Section 724.4,
  1 13 if the child carried the dangerous weapon on school
  1 14 grounds.
  1 15    NEW SUBPARAGRAPH SUBDIVISION.  (i)  Section
  1 16 724.4B."
  1 17    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
