1 2 #1. Page 12, by inserting after line 22 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . RUNAWAY TREATMENT. There is
1 5 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
1 6 department of human services for the fiscal year
1 7 beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, the
1 8 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 9 to be used for the purpose designated:
1 10 For a grant to a county with a population between
1 11 168,000 and 175,000 for implementation of the county's
1 12 runaway treatment plan under section 232.195:
1 13 .................................................. $ 80,000
1 14 The grant shall be administered by the county's
1 15 board of supervisors in consultation with the local
1 16 runaway and treatment task force. Notwithstanding
1 17 section 8.33, moneys appropriated in this section
1 18 which remain unobligated or unexpended at the close of
1 19 the fiscal year shall not revert but shall remain
1 20 available to be used for the purpose designated in the
1 21 succeeding fiscal year."
