  1  1    Amend Senate File 476, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  It is the intent of the general
  1  6 assembly that, other than the appropriation made in
  1  7 this Act, moneys in the Iowa comprehensive petroleum
  1  8 underground storage tank fund shall not be
  1  9 appropriated for purposes other than those provided
  1 10 for in chapter 455G."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
