  1  1    Amend Senate File 476, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, lines 13 and 14, by striking the words
  1  4 "by June 30, 2006" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "within one year from the time the loan agreement is
  1  6 entered into".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "fund." the following:  "The term of repayment of any
  1  9 loan received under this section may be extended upon
  1 10 mutual agreement between the department and the loan
  1 11 recipient for two additional one-year periods."
