  1  1    Amend Senate File 76, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  ASSISTANCE FOR RAILROAD CLOSE-CLEARANCE
  1  6 WARNING DEVICES.  Notwithstanding any contrary
  1  7 provision in section 327H.20A, the state department of
  1  8 transportation may use moneys in the railroad
  1  9 revolving loan fund to erect close-clearance warning
  1 10 devices along railroad rights of way when necessary."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
