1 2 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 7 and
1 3 inserting the following: "1999, is amended by
1 4 striking the unnumbered paragraph."
1 5 #2. Page 2, by inserting after line 4 the
1 6 following:
1 7 "Sec. . NEW SECTION. 12D.4A ADMINISTRATIVE
1 8 FUND – APPROPRIATION.
1 9 For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, and
1 10 ending June 30, 2000, an amount, not to exceed four
1 11 hundred thousand dollars annually, shall be
1 12 transferred from the unclaimed property trust fund
1 13 established in section 556.18 to the administrative
1 14 fund for the payment of costs of administration and
1 15 operation of the trust. For the fiscal year beginning
1 16 July 1, 2000, and succeeding fiscal years, there shall
1 17 be appropriated to the administrative fund by the
1 18 general assembly from the general fund of the state an
1 19 amount sufficient for the payment of costs of
1 20 administration and operation of the trust."
