  1  1    Amend Senate File 324, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "9A.  FIDUCIARY DUTY.  With respect to moneys held
  1  6 by the franchisor for the benefit of any franchisee,
  1  7 including but not limited to advertising or
  1  8 promotional accounts, the franchisor shall have a
  1  9 fiduciary duty to the franchisee."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
