  1  1    Amend Senate File 324, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "4A.  MINIMUM TERM.  A franchise agreement entered
  1  6 into or renewed, whether oral or written, shall not be
  1  7 for a term of less than three years and for successive
  1  8 terms of not less than three years after the initial
  1  9 three-year period, unless terminated or not renewed
  1 10 pursuant to this section."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
