  1  1    Amend Senate File 324, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "9A.  FAIR PRICES.  It shall be unlawful for a
  1  6 franchisor to sell, rent, or offer to sell or rent to
  1  7 a franchisee any product or service for more than a
  1  8 fair and reasonable price."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
