  1  1    Amend Senate File 324, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by inserting after line 32 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "11A.  BOOKS AND RECORDS.  A franchisor or
  1  6 subfranchisor offering franchises for sale in this
  1  7 state shall at all times keep and maintain a complete
  1  8 set of books, records, and accounts of such sales,
  1  9 which shall at all times be open to inspection by the
  1 10 commissioner of insurance."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
