  1  1    Amend Senate File 324, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "4A.  BUSINESS HOURS.  A franchisor may only
  1  6 require a franchisee to keep the franchisee's retail
  1  7 outlet open for business for a specified number of
  1  8 hours per day or per week if the requirement is
  1  9 negotiated in good faith by both parties, is arrived
  1 10 at by mutual agreement, and is based on a bona fide
  1 11 business need."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
