1 2 #1. Page 16, by inserting after line 10 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . MONEYS ORIGINATING FROM THE EXCISE TAX
1 5 ON THE SALE OF MOTOR FUEL USED IN WATERCRAFT.
1 6 Notwithstanding section 452A.79, for the fiscal year
1 7 beginning July 1, 1999, and ending June 30, 2000, the
1 8 first six hundred eleven thousand three hundred eleven
1 9 dollars derived from the excise tax on the sale of
1 10 motor fuel used in watercraft shall be deposited in
1 11 the general fund of the state. The moneys in excess
1 12 of six hundred eleven thousand three hundred eleven
1 13 dollars shall be deposited in the rebuild Iowa
1 14 infrastructure fund. The amount of moneys required to
1 15 be deposited pursuant to this section shall be in lieu
1 16 of the moneys required to be deposited pursuant to
1 17 section 452A.79. All other provisions in section
1 18 452A.79 shall continue to apply."
