1 7 "medical necessity" and inserting the following: "the
1 8 provision of medically necessary or appropriate
1 9 services".
1 10 #3. Page 7, by inserting after line 4 the
1 11 following:
1 12 " . "Medically necessary or appropriate" means,
1 13 with respect to a service or benefit, a service or
1 14 benefit which is consistent with generally accepted
1 15 principles of professional medical practice."
1 16 #4. Page 8, by striking lines 8 and 9 and
