  1  1    Amend Senate File 276, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  "Appropriate and medically necessary" means
  1  6 the standard for health care services as determined by
  1  7 a physician or health care provider consistent with
  1  8 accepted practices and standards of care provided by
  1  9 the medical profession in the community."
  1 10    #2.  Page 8, by striking lines 8 and 9 and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "of appropriate and
  1 12 medically necessary."
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
