  1  3    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "6.  An enrollee's treating health care provider
  1  6 may apply for and shall receive reasonable
  1  7 compensation from the carrier or organized delivery
  1  8 system for time spent by the health care provider to
  1  9 supply information in support of an enrollee's request
  1 10 for external review under this chapter."
