1 6 following:
1 7 "NEW SUBSECTION. 7A "Locksmith business" means
1 8 the business of making, repairing, and installing
1 9 locks, re-keying locks, opening locks or safes, and
1 10 changing safe or lock combinations; or the making,
1 11 repairing, and installing of access control systems
1 12 which are not attached to an electronic integrated
1 13 system that directly or indirectly causes a response
1 14 by a law enforcement or security agency."
1 15 #3. Page 1, line 16, by striking the word
1 16 "subsection" and inserting the following:
1 17 "subsections".
1 18 #4. Page 1, by inserting after line 19 the
1 19 following:
1 20 "NEW SUBSECTION. 11. A person engaged in the
1 21 performance of activities typically performed by a
1 22 locksmith who is employed by a locksmith business."
