  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  321.279A  PROMOTION OF
  1  5 UNIFORM WARNING SIGNALS AND SIRENS – RULEMAKING.
  1  6    The department of public safety shall adopt rules
  1  7 under chapter 17A promoting the implementation of
  1  8 uniform flashing red lights, warning signals, and
  1  9 siren equipment on all law enforcement vehicles."
