  1  1    Amend House File 209 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by striking the word "serious"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "serious simple".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 10 and 11 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "stop and in doing so
  1  6 exceeds the speed limit by twenty-five fifteen miles
  1  7 per hour or more.  The signal given by the peace
  1  8 officer".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, line 16, by striking the words "an
  1 10 aggravated" and inserting the following:  "a serious".
  1 11    #4.  Page 1, lines 23 and 24, by striking the words
  1 12 "an aggravated misdemeanor a class "D" felony" and
  1 13 inserting the following:  "an aggravated misdemeanor".
  1 14    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
