  Senator Gronstal raised the point of order that amendment S-5712
  was not germane to the bill.

  The Chair ruled the point not well taken, and amendment S-5712
  in order.

  Senator Redfern moved the adoption of amendment S-5712.

  Amendment S-5712 was adopted by a voice vote.
