  CONFIRMATION OF GOVERNOR'S APPOINTMENT
  (Individual Confirmation Calendar)

  Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Richard P. Moore, as
  a member of the Public Employment Relations Board, placed on the
  Individual Confirmation Calendar on April 1, 1998, and found on
  page 1020 of the Senate Journal.

  Senator King moved that the foregoing appointment be confirmed
  by the Senate.
