UNFINISHED BUSINESS House File 2517 On motion of Senator Boettger, House File 2517, a bill for an act establishing a healthy and well kids in Iowa (HAWK-I) program to provide health insurance to eligible children and providing an effective date, with report of committee recommending passage, placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar on March 26, 1998, was taken up for consideration. Senator Boettger offered amendment S-5610, filed by Senators Boettger, et al., from the floor to pages 1-14 and the title page of the bill, and moved its adoption.
