  the confirmation of Jacquelyne I. Allen.

  Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Jack J. Dack, as
  Commandant of the Iowa Veterans Home, placed on the Individual
  Confirmation Calendar on April 2, 1998, and found on page 1030 of
  the Senate Journal.
