  Senator Judge asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw
  amendment S-5470, filed by her on April 1, 1998, to amendment
  S-5335.

  Senator Gronstal raised the point of order that amendment S-5335
  was not germane to the bill.

  The Chair ruled the point not well taken and amendment S-5335
  in order.

  Senator Iverson moved the adoption of amendment S-5335.

  Amendment S-5335 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Redwine moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 2164), the vote was:
