  Final Bill Action:  SENATE FILE 2411 (SSB 2210), a bill for an act to
  legalize the
  transfer of certain property by the joint county system of Black Hawk and
  Buchanan
  counties to the Independence community school district, and providing an
  effective
  date.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  contributions under certain public retirement systems are considered

  effective date.
