  be adopted?" (S.F. 2280), the vote was:

  President Kramer took the chair at 5:10 p.m.

  The Senate resumed consideration of amendment S-5372 by
  Senators Vilsack, Hammond, and Szymoniak to pages 7, 22, and the
  title page of the bill.

  Senator Bartz called for a division of amendment S-5372:  page 1,
  lines 2-14 as division S-5372A; page 1, lines 15-50, and page 2 as
  division S-5372B.

  Senator Gronstal asked and received unanimous consent that
  action on amendment S-5372A be deferred.

  Senator Bartz raised the point of order that division S-5372B was
  not germane to the bill.
