  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5372, to Senate File 2280 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 14 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "Amend Senate File 2280 as follows:
  1  6    #   .  Page 7, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "(3)  Of the funds appropriated in this lettered
  1  9 paragraph, $1,000 shall be used by the Iowa department
  1 10 of public health to facilitate coordination with the
  1 11 department of human services regarding the existence
  1 12 of, prevalence of, and causal linkage between injury,
  1 13 disease, or disability and the use of tobacco by
  1 14 recipients of medical assistance.  The department
  1 15 shall also coordinate in assisting the attorney
  1 16 general in litigation efforts for state recovery of
  1 17 tobacco-related medical assistance payments.""
