  services and health care, and providing effective dates and an applicability
  provision.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Douglas,
  Dvorsky, Freeman, Halvorson, Hammond, Harper, Hedge, Horn, Jensen, Lundby,
