  PETITION

  The following petition was presented and placed on file by:

  Senators Flynn and McKean, from eighty-eight residents of
  Dubuque and Jones Counties, favoring legislation providing
  $3,000,000 in funding for public library programs including SILO,
  Enrich Iowa, State Library, Regional Libraries and Open
  Access/Access Plus programs.
