  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2333, a bill for an
  act relating to occupational hearing loss recovery, providing
  definitions, and providing for the apportionment and measurement of
  hearing loss, previously deferred.

  Senator Flynn offered amendment S-5269, filed by him from the
  floor to page 3 of the bill, moved its adoption, and requested a record
  roll call.
