UNFINISHED BUSINESS (Deferred March 10, 1998) Senate File 2192 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 2192, a bill for an act relating to motor vehicle damage disclosure statements, and amendment S-5040 filed by Senators Fraise, et al., on February 17, 1998, to page 1 of the bill, deferred March 10, 1998. Senator Connolly offered amendment S-5192 filed by him from the floor to pages 1 and 2 of the bill. Senator Hedge took the chair at 1:37 p.m. President Kramer took the chair at 1:43 p.m. Senator Connolly moved adoption of amendment S-5192. A record roll call was requested. On the question "Shall amendment S-5192 be adopted?"
