  adoption.

  Senator Judge offered amendment S-5127 filed by Senators Judge
  and Kibbie from the floor to pages 13 and 16 of the bill.

  Senator McLaren raised the point of order that amendment
  S-5127 was not germane to the bill.

  The chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-5127 out of
  order.
