  Senator Judge offered amendment S-5120 filed by her from the
  floor to page 4 of the bill, moved its adoption, and requested a record
  roll call.
  On the question, "Shall amendment S-5120 be adopted?" (S.F. 2295),
  the vote was:

  amendment S-5115 filed by Senator Vilsack from the floor to page 7
  of the bill, out of order.
