  Senator McKibben offered amendment S-5073 filed by him on
  March 2, 1998, to page 1 of the bill and moved its adoption.

  amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Angelo offered amendment S-5034 filed by the committee
  on Natural Resources and Environment on February 12, 1998, to
  page 1 of the bill and moved its adoption.
