  Amendment S-5098 lost.

  The Senate resumed consideration of amendment S-5081, filed by
  Senators Connolly and Szymoniak from the floor to pages 1-3 of the
  bill, previously deferred.

  Senator Connolly moved the adoption of S-5081.  A record roll call
  was requested.
