  1  8 inserting the following:

  1 10 YEAR GRANT PROGRAM."
  1 11    #4.  Page 1, lines 34 and 35, by striking the words
  1 12 "frontier school and extended year school planning"
  1 13 and inserting the following:  "extended school year".
