  providing for the confidentiality and protection from discovery of
  communications relating to and involved in the peer review process.

  Read first time and referred to committee on State Government.

  Senate File 2200, by Angelo, a bill for an act relating to the
  expenses, powers, and duties of county agricultural extension
  councils.

  Read first time and referred to committee on Local Government.

  LEAVE OF ABSENCE

  Leave of absence was granted as follows:

  Senator Gettings for the remainder of the day, on request of Senator
  Gronstal.

  QUORUM CALL

  Senator Iverson requested a non-record roll call to determine that
  a quorum was present.

  The vote revealed 45 present, 5 absent and a quorum present.

  CONSIDERATION OF BILL
  (Regular Calendar)

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for consideration Senate File 2075.

  Senate File 2075

  On motion of Senator Lundby, Senate File 2075, a bill for an act
  relating to the creation of a dental hygiene committee within the
  board of dental examiners, with report of committee recommending
  passage, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Lundby moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.
