RECESS On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate recessed at 10:30 a.m., until 4:00 p.m. APPENDIX CERTIFICATES OF RECOGNITION The Secretary of the Senate issued the following certificates of recognition: Seann Casey, Waukee - For achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.
