Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the word 4 "imposed." the following: "The employer shall obtain 5 and make available to the claimant all relevant 6 information from the employer that the claimant 7 indicates is necessary to meet the claimant's burden 8 as required under this subsection." Speaker Corbett in the chair at 5:32 p.m. Amendment H-9133 lost. Kremer of Buchanan moved that the bill be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
