  1  1    Amend Senate File 492, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 28, by inserting after the words
  1  4 "through "h"." the following:  "The employer has the
  1  5 initial burden to produce evidence showing that a
  1  6 voluntary quit pursuant to section 96.5, subsection 1,
  1  7 was not for good cause attributable to the employer
  1  8 and that the claimant is disqualified for benefits in
  1  9 cases involving section 96.5, subsection 1, paragraphs
  1 10 "a" through "h"."
