Page 17, line 27, by inserting after the word 4 "subsection." the following: "Additionally, the 5 contractor shall pay for services to a person enrolled 6 in the plan whether the person is involuntarily or 7 voluntarily committed for treatment at a state mental 8 health institute." Amendment H-9040 lost. Witt of Black Hawk asked and received unanimous consent that amendment H-9013 be deferred.
