 1     Amend Senate File 2410, as amended, passed, and
 2   reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
 3     1.  Page 17, line 27, by inserting after the word
 4   "subsection." the following:  "Additionally, the
 5   contractor shall pay for services to a person enrolled
 6   in the plan whether the person is involuntarily or
 7   voluntarily committed for treatment at a state mental
 8   health institute."
