IOWACCESS FUNDING LIMITATION. 9 Notwithstanding section 321A.3A, as enacted by this 10 Act, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998, and 11 ending June 30, 1999, not more than $400,000 shall be 12 transferred to the division of information technology 13 services of the department of general services as 14 provided in section 321A.3A, as enacted by this Act."" 15 2.
