Amendment H-8579 was adopted.
Metcalf of Polk moved the adoption of  the committee amendment
H-8492, as amended.
The committee amendment H-8492, as amended, was adopted.
Metcalf of Polk moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
