 1     Amend House File 2533 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 14, line 15, by inserting after the word
 3   "enacted," the following:  "and upon the request of a
 4   public radio broadcaster".
 5     2.  Page 14, by striking lines 17 and 18 and
 6   inserting the following:  "tower space availability
 7   and related cost efficiencies for broadcast antennas
 8   and associated equipment for the transmission of
 9   public radio station broadcasts."
Amendment H-8576 was adopted.
