 4     "Sec. ___.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  Section 14 of this
 5   Act, amending section 357G.9, being deemed of
 6   immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."

Amendment H-8174 was adopted.
Jacobs of Polk moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
