filed by him from the floor and moved its adoption:

 1     Amend House File 2517 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 2, by striking line 21, and inserting the
 3   following:  "improve the health of children and to
 4   provide health care insurance coverage to eligible
 5   children on a".
 6     2.  Page 4, by striking lines 19 through 24, and
 7   inserting the following:  "pursuant to this chapter.
 8   All contracts entered into pursuant to this chapter
 9   shall be made available to the public."
10     3.  Page 5, line 30, by striking the word
11   "program" and inserting the following:  "programs".
12     4.  Page 7, line 29, by inserting after the word
13   "insurers" the following:  ", and between public
14   members of the board and the administrative contractor
15   and participating insurers".
